Few years ago, one of the famous Japanese soccer players suffered from economy class syndrome. The cause was from his extensive traveling schedule on long airplane and car rides. He is a professional sportsman with a young and well-trained body. But still dysfunction of blood flow occurred. I was wondering why this happened to him and searched for an answer. I’ve heard when a marathon runner who runs twenty to thirty kilos every day, once he is injured and has to stop running, he has high risk on getting a serious heart or lung disease. Those who train their body every day, the body is used to moving all the time, so once he stops moving it creates extreme stress that could cause serious conditions.
I, on the other hand, sit on a chair everyday for almost eighteen hours. I too must be careful. I usually do my daily Ryman exercise before taking my evening bath. But when we were out on vacation for two days, I didn’t do it. And the next morning, I immediately felt the difference in my body.
From now on, the electro-magnetic waves from the sun is going to increase more and more. Our bloodstream that contains iron and other metallic constituents will be affected. We must seriously take care of ourselves to maintain clean and good blood flow in order to avoid serious heart, lung or brain disease. A lot of people are already experiencing poor heart or breathing conditions on days when many sunspots are exploding.
It’s important to consciously breath deep from your abdomen. Also, if you are sitting on a chair for extensive amount of time, make sure you are not crossing your legs. The blood flow in your lower half of the body is crucial.
Since I sit for such long hours everyday, my idea is to have a small stool in front of my chair and place my feet on them. I spread my thighs and keep my heels together on the stool. This position seems to make me able to breath deeper. Once in a while, I also put the back of my feet together. This seems to give a great energy circulation to my entire body.
Spreading your thighs wide will give a very good blood circulation. If you cross your legs for a long time, you are oppressing the bloodstream and giving stress on your joints. Try to move your legs in different positions. Just having one little stool, you can do so many exercises while sitting.
One more essential act for good blood flow is to drink enough water. Best to drink warm water about the same temperature as your body. If you drink two liters of distilled water daily, it can prevent you from so many health problems. Add a pinch of sea salt to your water. It will prevent swelling, drowsiness and heaviness.
Be conscious of creating good blood flow!
