Summer Vacation 4

When you walk over the Uji Bridge at Naigū (inner shrine) of Ise Jingū, the Sando path

turns towards the right. Instead of going on the Sando main path, if you go straightforward from the bridge, there is another path that takes you to Koyasu Jinjya (the land god of Naigū) and Ooyamatsumi Jinjya (the father god of the land god of Naigū). 

The enshrined god’s name of Koyasu Jinjya is Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto (木花咲耶姫命.)  The father god that is enshrined in Ooyamatsumi Jinjya is a guardian god of Mt.Kamiji, the mountain and the forest area of upper Isuzu River. I have introduced a photo of this god’s appearance in my recent photo book. My psychic sense tells me that Ooyamatsumi is Susanoo. And Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto is Susanoo’s daughter.  This means that Naigū stands on the ground that is Susanoo’s daughter’s  land. And Susanoo is standing right behind the main shrine in a form of a mountain.

There is an interesting legend about this. Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto was the wife of the grandson (Ninigi) of Amaterasu-Ohomikami, the Sun Goddess. Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto also had an older sister called Iwanaga-hime who looked like a rock and not so pretty.




Ninigi falls in love with the younger and beautiful sister, Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto and asks her father Ooyamatsumi (Susanoo) if he could take her as his bride. Susanoo feels bad for the older sister and tells Ninigi to marry both of them. However, Ninigi refuses to take the older sister and just marry the beautiful Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto. Susanoo was furious and said, “He shall a have a short life for only taking the beautiful one as his wife. ”  This is how eternal youth and immortality was broken. This is how we humans started to become mortal and experience death.








When Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto got pregnant, her older sister Iwanaga-hime became very sad. She said, “If Ninigi the son of the sun goddess had taken me as his wife, I would have brought out a child who is like a rock like my name and he would have had an eternal life. But instead he had chosen my sister. Like her name, the child will have a short life as ephemeral as the flowers.”





This was the beginning of a self-centered mind. The more egoistic the human’s became the more short living they had become. There is another story about the pregnancy of Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto. After they got married, on the first night she became pregnant.  Ninigi became suspicious and told her that it was not his child and that she must have had an affair prior to their marriage. In order to prove her innocence, Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto sets fire in a small shack and gave birth to three children in the fire. If she wasn’t innocent she would have burnt to death.

Since this legend was told, people started to worship Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto as the god of birth and safe delivery.




Even she knew that her children would have ephemeral lives, she still wanted to give life to them. This came from her strong motherhood, having hopes and not giving up. There is a teaching in this story that we humans should never give up and have hopes for a better future.

At Koyasu Jinjya where Konohanasakuya-hime-no-mikoto is worshipped, many parents donate torii gates in hopes for their children. There were wishes written on the torii poles. (as shown on the photo in my book, personal wishes would create such odd atmosphere) This was just like what you would see at an Inari Jinjya. 
I was shocked. And asked the lady at the store. “How long has been this been going on? “ She said, “maybe this past five or six years.”  It shows that we have been experiencing a very difficult time. Parents are really worried about their children. They have no idea how they can help and come here to cry on Kami’s shoulder. But in truth, it is always better to send gratitude rather than asking for help. The energy of gratitude would bring much more power to help your children and your family.

-The sacred sword- Part 2

Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi (草薙神剣)

After leaving the eel diner, we walked toward the main gate of Atsuta Jingū. Most of the visitors here were bowing before entering the red torii gate. Those who were leaving were also sincerely bowing after the torii gate facing back towards the main shrine. I was very impressed. Even at Ise Jingū, I don’t see so many visitors having such good manners.

One of my family members said, “are these people all readers of your blog?”  And we all laughed.  I said “no, I don’t think so…”  But still it was wonderful to see that the local people were doing this naturally. It was very nice to know that Atsuta Jingū had been so well taken cared from the old days until today.

I sent my gratitude at the newly rebuilt honden main shrine. Then I was drawn to go to the right side of the honden.  The newly built shrine was designed by a modern architect. It was an innovative design, a combination of traditional and modern style. They used massive amount of thick kusamaki wood blocks from Canada.  I went around the ceremonial ground to the back where I found a rebuilt small shrine. It was a raised-floor construction. And I felt a very strong divine energy from the inside. The strong magnetic energy was coming from the bottom of the construction.

When I went down the small path from the small shrine, there was an explanation written on the board. It said that this small shrine was where the sacred sword (Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi ) was enshrined until the Meiji era.

Now I understood why I was feeling that strong energy. I went back to the small doyōden shrine. The divine magnetic energy remained for over hundred of years. This tells how powerful the energy of the sacred sword is.

My psychic power was drawn to the ground under the small shrine. When I focused to the underground, a story came to me about the sacred sword.

Some researcher might claim that the sacred Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi sword is one of the steel Ama-no-mura-kumo-no-tsurugi sword brought by a tribe from overseas, the famous mythology of Yamata-no-orochi. It is said that there were eight of these steel sacred swords.

My psychic reading says that these two swords are a different swords. From my understanding, the Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi sword is made out of collected gold made by a foreign tribe. They were trying to make a treasure sword and they were still in the process of finishing. While they were in the middle of the process, Susanoo in a human figure comes to make a surprise attack. That is why the tip of the sword was in an irregular shape. It never got finished.

Because it was made out of precious gold, it was stored with great care. But I think the gold was not pure and included mercury. That is why in my psychic eyes it looks more like platinum.

According to the old document, this sacred sword was triple boxed. The outside was a wooden box, the middle was a stone box and the inside box was made out of camphor wood. In between the boxes, red clay was filled. I sense that the red clay is shusha (朱砂) that includes mercury in the grain. I sense that it is the same mercury used in the refining process of the sword. Filling the clay in between the boxes is to prevent from burning in case of fire.

If you could see the Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi for real, I’m sure it will be shinning. It’s made out of gold after all. But it wasn’t really a sacred sword in the beginning. It was cared a great deal because it was made out of gold. And because it was gold, it became one of the tools in the Shinto ceremony. That is how I sense.  When the capital, Yamataikoku moved from Hakusan to Nara of today, the generations of Queen Himiko used this sword as a sacred tool in the ceremonies. Therefore, the sword accumulated the divine energy over a long period. The Queen Himiko of the later days, Yamato-hime was the most superior of all.  And she was the one who brought this sword to Ise Jingū.

So where is this sacred Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi sword today?

The hint lays on the fact that it was at the small shrine in Atusta Jingū until end of Meiji era. It would be natural for Emperor Meiji to be interested in the Three Sacred Treasures.

Even after loosing the world war, Japan has risen again and became one of the strongest economical influences of the world. This is like a miracle. I believe there were powers of kami behind this success. The spirit of Emperor Meiji is also helping. He is moving these Three Sacred Treasures and putting them together. This is igniting a divine power and helping the development of the nation. Now the two out of three is already in one place. When and where would the three come together? When the three come together, it will ignite another new power to this nation.  I will tell you about it when the right time comes.

Summer Vacation 2 - The sacred sword

- Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi (草薙神剣)

After visiting Ise Jingu, we drove to Atsuta Jingu in Nagoya. The highway run smoothly and we were able to enjoy the drive. As we got close just around one traffic light before reaching the shrine, my wife said she feels a tingling sensation on her right finger. This signifies that this shrine holds a vital divine energy. It happens when the kami residing at the shrine is welcoming the visitor and creating a spiritual connection. When this happens, there is no doubt that we are permitted to enter the shrine. I felt the tingling on my back already when we were getting off the highway. When you are a beginner in feeling these sensations, you will feel them on your fingers. As you develop your oneness with nature, you will start to feel with your whole body. Even if you have worked on your spirituality for many decades, still there are only few who can feel this sensation. Today, someone such as my wife who has only worked on sending gratitude towards ancestral spirits and kami can feel this. It shows the time is changing.

It was around 1pm. We reached the parking lot of the main entrance of the shrine. My family told me that there is a famous unagi (eel) restaurant near by and they wanted to have lunch there. According to a magazine, it was very hard to get a seat for its popularity. We found the restaurant. It was very close to the main gate of Atsuta Jingu. The place looked already full but we found just enough seats at the counter table. And we ordered the famous dish “Hitsumabishi.”  There is an eel diner in front of Ise Jingu and there was one here too. While I was waiting for the order, I was thinking about the coincidence.

Eels are spiritual entities that praise the sun. The fertilization of the eel is limited to a certain area and still a mystery to how it occurs. The fry of an eel is very much like the shape of a sperm of a man. I felt that the azoospermia and the amount of existing fries of the eels might be interrelated. The point is that I feel the creatures on this planet Earth are interrelated in many ways and everything is connected in some way. While I was in my imaginative world, the hitsumabushi dish was served. We had no idea how to eat it.  We kind of peaked the lady sitting next to us who was eating the same dish.









First time, you put the rice and the cooked eel from the rice tub into your rice bowl. The second time, you do the same and also pour the soup into the rice bowl. It was so hot that day I didn’t really have an appetite but once I pour the soup it was easier to consume. 

As I was serving my third bowl of rice with the shamoji spatula I sensed something. It was a revelation about the Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi (the sword from the legendry Three Sacred Treasures.). The shamoji spatula had turned into a sacred sword through my psychic vision.

The tip of the sword is wavy like flower petals. The rod is about 60cm long and the middle is swollen. The old documents tells that this sword looks like a shape of a leaf of a shobu (sweet flag.) But I sense it is the petals and not the leaf.

When I envisioned this shape in my head, it linked to one information. It was a painting of a human-like figure of a kami called Kunitokotachi-no-mikoto drawn by Onizaburo Deguchi from Oomotokyo sect.   

I sense that this was drawn when Onizaburo was staying at Izumo Daijingu in Kyoto. It was a full moon night and he witnessed this figure on the sacred mountain behind the main shrine. In this painting, the figure holds a very unusual sword just like the one I described. So what is the true nature of this Kusanagi-no-mitsurugi sword ?

Summer vacation 1

 - 御垣内(Mikakiuchi) -

At Ise Jingu, the main shrine is surrounded by layers of walls called tamagaki (玉垣). A form to pay a reverence inside these walls guided by a priest is called Mikakiuchi sanpai.

This time, I wanted to offer my gratitude for letting me publish the extraordinary photos I was able to take of Ise (title: 太陽と大自然の神々の地、伊勢 – The land of Kami of the sun and the great nature.) 

I also applied for the Daidaikagura (大々神楽) to pray for prosperity of the nation and the Mikakiuchi sanpai to pray for peace of the nation and longevity for the Emperor.

Thanks to the readers of my books, I was able to apply for these deluxe formal ways of visit. I would like to return the favor to you by reporting about my trip.

The trip went without unusualness except for one incident. When I was standing right under the Naka-no-e-no-torii gate in front of the Naigū main shrine, I felt a strong ocean wind on my entire body. The main shrine was certainly the ocean and it was as if the ocean sent me the breeze. My family members didn’t seem to have recognized it.

Until the Meiji era, Ise Jingu did not officially allow personal donations or prayers. The shrine was a place solely to pray for peace and prosperity of the nation and it was managed by the government and all expenses came from tax.

Meiji Emperor was the one who changed the system that ran for nearly two thousand years. He opened Ise Jingu to the public and let the people donate and pray for their personal wishes. Thanks to his idea, today, Ise Jingu does not need government support but manages the entire operation by donations from the people.

If the prime minister changes, due to economic crisis the budget might be cut down which may influence the management of Ise Jingu. Meiji Emperor had predicted such case over a hundred years ago and turned the finance around to rely on the people instead of the government. If he hadn't done it, Ise Jingu may not have existed for so long.

Today without relying on tax, Ise Jingu has more than enough donations to be ready for the Sengu held once in every twenty years. Instead, the excessive donations might be donated to help the government finance or the government might start to impose tax on donations to religious organizations.

In any case, the impression I had at the Naigū is that this place is rock solid protected by the breath of Kami. It felt so powerful that nothing could change its existence.

Turtleneck exercise is effective

Sit on a chair and straighten your back and stretch your chest. Your arms are relaxed. Take a deep breath from your abdomen and bring your shoulders up like a turtle pulling down its neck inside his shell. Then breath out from your abdomen while bringing down your shoulder and stretching up your neck.  At the end, breath out completely. Repeat this turtleneck exercise several times. This is my favorite exercise these days. I do it about one set every hour. When I do this very slowy with deep breathing while I stretch my neck up and down, it makes my head clear and I don’t get sleepy.




When I’m working on the computer, I try to keep my neck out and stretch it up. The image is as if someone is pulling my head up from above. I sense my life power is getting charged when I do this. I feel it would be very dangerous to use a belt or someone else stretching your neck.  It is always better to make a good habit to do it by yourself on a daily basis. Especially the neck has all the most important nerve bundles and blood vessels. It’s best to work it on your own.

People who work in an office all day have the tendency to put stress on their neck. That would bring bad circulation to your entire body. In fact, stress on the neck would cause constipation. So please be conscious about stretching your neck in your daily working hours. If you are constipated it will help solve your problem and at the same time make your head clear.





Turtle is indeed an interesting creature. The hexagon shape of the shell is a sacred shape. I have taken a photo of the hexagon that appeared in Ise. It is in my photography book (太陽と大自然の神々の地、伊勢). The hexagon is still used as a sacred crest in ancient Izumo and Hakusan line of Shinto shrines.






In Ko-shinto, there was a ritual to burn a turtle shell and see the appearing shape to read a revelation. The legend of Urashima-taro also talks about a turtle being the messenger between the god’s world and the human realm.

Today, there are foreign turtles in the river that has bitten people. Maybe this is trying to tell us something. We must find a way to coexist with mutual prosperity.



Kami is trying to show us the right path to peace through figures and conditions in the nature. Today, there are too many people with neck problems. Lets start by stretching the neck and feel refreshed like the turtles. By doing it daily, you will start to find the way to solution.

Ego will bring suffering

As long as you deny your current situation either about work or private life (or both), the condition will not changed. It’s good to have dreams and ideals but if you deny the now, you cannot get close to your dreams. It’s because the future is at the head of the continuous now moments. The future is built by every step of present times.  Therefore, denying the now is to deny the future.

The key to everything lay on the now, the present. If you could be in harmony with the current situation, your future would become a good one.

Even the situation looks very bad, as long as you are alive, there is always something to be grateful about. Be grateful that you are alive and simply continue to do what you should be doing.  A change for the better might come quickly than you think. If you give up on your present, you are giving up your future too. Be responsible on your acts and thoughts.

There is a saying in Japanese, “the neighbor’s yard looks more green”. Most people are hungry for “more” that creates ego. To those who are satisfied with the present situation and those who are in gratitude can see the neighbor’s yard as simply another garden, nothing more nothing less.

Romance is the same. Other people’s lover looks more attractive. But once you abduct the lover, you are no longer so interested. The executed Saddam Hussein favored married women as his lovers. It is said that he had few hundred lovers. The married wives had their own loving family. But the more he tried to refuse them the more they became obsessed with him. This is exactly a work of an evil that destroys everything.  I sense that he was brought up in a broken family and his mother had relationships with more than one man. The reason why he favored married women comes from lack of receiving motherhood.  He was hungry and obsessed for mothery love.

Don't think that your will stop growing if when you are satisfied with the present. In fact, when you could appreciate the present, you can grow more because you are vital to work more toward the future.

As long as you are complaining about your current situation, you are wasting a lot of energy and nothing will do you good. If you could accept the present and be grateful, it is so much more efficient.

You must ride along this World of Reality with the sense of gratitude. “Ikashite-itadaite arigato-gozaimasu” is the frequency of energy that you can bring to the other world and lead you to true happiness. It is the best and the shortest way to be in the safety zone. These words (kotodama) will take you back from ego to true-self.

Signs for Peace

(written August 11th)

There are changes happening in the natural order on Earth. In Japan, the disaster has been diminished to a minimum. August 10^th was another one big spiritual turning point.

Around August 10^th, seven planets including Earth were in alignment. It was introduced on Kyoto Shinbun newspaper. I sense another spiritual door has been opened towards people’s heart.

From last weekend, the revelations I received in the mornings were all apocalyptical contents. I was concerned that many people would worry too much but now decided to reveal them for a good reason.

1.  A sign was given that the days where one thousand people would die from natural disaster daily.

2. A sign - when there are more days where the moon would look reddish, the sunspots on the sun would be increasing immensely and the sun would look black from it. The electro-magnetic waves from the sun at this point would be extreme.

3. A sign – when the moon is red, it is emanating a signal to induce the other moon. The second moon would appear all of the sudden like it had space warped from another dimension (when this happens science and social values would be shaken a great deal).

4. A sign - a big evil spirit that eats human souls that lives under the earth of Russia and China from the very ancient time will start to be smoked out by the power of the sun.

Just to explain my revelation roughly, these are the visions I received. The future is not fixed so it is not a fact but potentials that these things might actually happen.

It is possible to change these futures and make it less drastic. It all depends on our consciousness.

When more people start to have a natural sense that they are led to live and have the sense of gratitude, the society will for sure move to a good direction. Our consciousness will be reflected on the great nature and the universe. This is why I am doing this 5% campaign.

When we look at the human history, after a period of peace we have always started war to expand territory and prosperity. Paradoxically speaking, we had a social background that was able to prepare for war. However, once natural disasters start to happen everywhere, we will have no time to prepare for war.

We must prepare to help countries that suffer from natural disasters. Some countries might try to take advantage of the situation and take over.

Japan must continue to stay as one of the countries that can give help to the suffering countries. It all depends on our consciousness. If the people of the country have negative or egoistic mind, the country would suffer from natural disaster. Japan was created to help others. This was decided in the super ancient times.

The virtue of Japan in making a product is to have pride, concern and care about the very little details that is not visible from the outside. That is the reason why it sells. The same reason can be applied to life. When you have concern and care toward your invisible ancestral spirits and regional kami you will be safe. Your region will be safe. The peaceful days will come.

Caisson Disease

(written on July 16th)

This morning, the words “caisson disease” came into my mind. It is a disease caused by scuba diving in deep ocean. “Describes a condition arising from dissolved gases coming out of solution into bubbles inside the body on depressurisation”. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decompression_sickness) 

Deep ocean in Japanese is Shinkai (深海) and 神界(the World of the Gods) is also Shinkai. From either world, when you rapidly rise or descend to this dimension of reality, your blood pressure will rapidly decrease and cause bubbles in your blood vessel that may cause obstruction and in some bad cases lead to death.  When the deep-sea fish comes up to the upper-sea, it dies because of this same reason.

According to my revelation, because the sunspot is increasing every month, the electro-magnetic waves from the sun will eventually create similar symptom as the caisson disease. Instead of coming out from the ocean, it will be coming from the sky (the sun).  We might suffer from caisson disease just by standing on earth.

When I was researching about the caisson disease, I found out that the symptoms are much like the general malaise. General malaise is increasing every year today and the causes are uncertain.

The symptoms are: 1. itchiness or sudden rash on the skin. Some kind of marks appearing on the skin. 2. Pain or discomfort in the joint (arm or leg). Sudden pain on joint of a finger.  3. Discomfort or pain in the heart. 4. Dizziness, decrease in eyesight or consciousness. Heaviness or numbness on the lower half of one’s body. 

From now on, there will be many people who suffer from these symptoms. I simply hope that when people start to feel these symptoms in their own body that they would stop going to fee charging healers and religious gatherings. It will only make it worse.









In fact these symptoms are starting from the fee charging so called sensei (thought to be a master healer). Starting from this year, I have heard many of them disappearing (dead) … caused by heart attack, cancer, accidents.. etc. Please do be careful. Through the strong electro-magnetic waves from the sun, the spiritual filth/grime would react the most toward the divine energy. 




So what should we do when we experience these symptoms?  First of all, go to a hospital and have your blood tested and any other necessary parts examined. In most cases, the test results will come out with no problem. Then please be at ease. And do:

1. Send gratitude kuyō towards ancestral spirits, send gratitude to Amaterasu-ohomikami (Sun Goddess). Visit Ise Jingu if you live in Japan.

2. Drink 2 liters of warm water (about the same as your body temperature) daily with a pinch of sea salt in every cup (apprx. 250cc) you drink. Depending on your diet, adjust the amount of salt. Make sure you take enough salt especially during the hot summer. Fatigue could worsen the symptom.

3. Do Ryman style exercise (introduced on blog date: April 11th) and Ryman style Harai (introduced on blog date: August 4th). It is important to make it a habit. It’s better to do it every day just for 15 minutes than doing it few times a week. This will stabilize your blood stream and prepare to adapt towards the spiritual caisson disease symptoms.

4. Try to breath deeply from your stomach in your daily life. If you are already suffering from the symptoms try to take it easy. Don’t worry and try to do these exercises in your comfortable pace.  You will get better.

Once you clear these symptoms, your body will start to feel very light and invigorating. This morning, once again, I felt very light and exhilarating. If I continue to do this, I might be actually floating one day (laugh). We are borrowing this body from god. Each and one of us have the responsibility to take care of it. When we succeed in doing so, our consciousness reaches the root god and one day, we will all suddenly ascent to the next level of consciousness. I am so looking forward to that day to come.
