The Hidden meaning of Ohigan

Q.
What is the meaning of September 22^nd, the day of (O)higan?

A.
  It is the day to celebrate the sun. It’s around the autumnal equinox. The length of the day and the night becomes just about the same. It’s one turning point of a season. At such time, it will be easier to reach the ancestral spirits. The daytime = this dimension of reality = the soul in a physical body. The nighttime = the dimension of the spirits = the souls are hidden. In Ko-Shinto (ancient Shintoism), we believe that the soul is eternal. And even after the death of the physical body the soul lives. It is simply hiding in the dark (night). It returns at some point just like the sun returns in the morning (daytime).

    In Japanese Buddhism, we celebrate this Ohigan as a holiday. I believe it’s the unification of Buddhism and the Japanese idea in the Shintoism of ancestral worship. There are only two days in a year when the length of the day and the night becomes the same. So it is in fact very special. Spiritually speaking, it’s a special turning point that is influenced by the sun’s orbit. It would be a great time to send gratitude towards your ancestors in such occasion.  

    The length of the day and the night become equal in the middle of ohigan. It gradually reaches to the middle and few days around this time is a perfect time to send gratitude to your ancestors. The ancestral worship is to send honor and blessings to them. Sun=Amitāhba(the one who has the infinite light)= Amida-nyorai=Amaterasu-ohomikami. And when you send blessings to your ancestral spirits the esoteric implication is that you are sending back the spirits to their ultimate home, the sun. But the truth is that many of the spirits are not able to return home because they still carry in their unconsciousness some desires and/or attachments.  The energy of those desires is heavy and will be captured by the gravity from the moon. It’s hard to explain by words, but many people are still sort of strangled by their own wishful thinking. And those who were captured by the moon will have to return to Earth once again and experience the opposite life they had before. There are still many of our ancestors who are captured on the moon. In the Western world, there is a legend that bad people would be sent to the moon. The gravity from the moon influences the great nature on Earth. But it also influences the lives after death. The moon takes part in the development of the soul’s journey. The spirit body is in fact an electro magnetic energy. Therefore, when you have any attachments or obsessions, your soul’s vibrational frequency becomes rough. The rougher it is the more influence you receive from the gravity from the moon. And you will be captured. The moon is a perfect spherical devise created by the Great Spirit in the super ancient time.

   Let us send gratitude and blessings to our ancestral spirits during this Ohigan time. When you heal your ancestors you heal yourself. We are all connected and in oneness.

The Light Poles

     According to one of my blog reader, a thick light pole was witnessed around 8am on August 27^th in the middle of the outer and inner shrine of Ise Jingu, The Grand Shrine of Ise. This photo was taken elsewhere (August 18^th between Osaka and Kobe during a thunder lightening) but it looked just like this high from the sky all the way down to the ground. It was seen for over five minutes.

     The informer told me the thick light pole was seen over Yamatohime-no-miya of Ise Jingu for over five minutes. He is a family member of a Shinto priest and has lived in this area for a very long time.  So when he says it was over Yamatohime-no-miya, I could trust that his information is fairly accurate. It feels to me like it was a sign that Goddess Yamato has revived. The light poles that would stand on the grounds of Ise was one of the main theme when I started to write this blog. The things I had written in 2007 are now being witnessed in 2012. I have mixed feelings about the fact that the visions that came into my brain are now actually occurring in this dimension. I am not quite sure if I should be enjoying it or need to be concerned.

     In any case, the appearance of the light pole is a sign that the world is changing. The values in this material world are shifting to non-material. It’s becoming more about the heart. The good will would be valued more and more. Eventually we will see a world where people are helping each other. It may take centuries  to see the perfect world but even seeing 0.1% of the changes would give a huge impact to the humans. The new theories in the law of physics will be discovered and reexamined. We will see many changes towards the ultimate world peace.  And at the end, our future will be in an amazing place.


     The reason why I am putting up the series of words from my favorite ancient Chinese philosopher Laozi is because these ideas are necessary in order to manifest world peace. There will be no more war and the good willed intelligent people would come up with ideas to save humanity.

     “A savior” in my mind, is not one person but the intelligence or knowledge of gathered humans. When the China of today once again utilizes the knowledge of Laozi, they would become an amazing country. The Western countries could also learn so much from his words.

     The inner and outer shrines of Ise Jingu are bipolar. As Laozi talked about ying and yang and the Five Elements, I sense the same idea is functioning in these shrines. The outer shrine is connected to the North Star. I sense this shrine is the only sacred place that linked the North Star with accuracy.  In my knowledge the North Star(Polaris) = the heart of Laozi.   

 



    The first step for you is to see the goodness in your daily life and have the sense of gratitude. Have a bigger vision. This will help your area/community to become stable. It is full moon today. The gravity may start to influence us once again.  Take a deep breath and relax. Safe driving.  Raise awareness of disaster prevention.

See the True Nature and Not the Reputation

Words of Laozi（founder of Tao)

—This is my original translation of one of the verses on the first chapter: A path that can be described as the right way is not really the great or correct path.  No names are true names. When sky and earth was created names did not exist. When all other material things were created, names were labeled. So when you are free from avarice, you are able to see everything and everyone without the labels (names). When you are still full of desires you are only able to see the surface of all matter.　Everything in this world was created from one original existence. Yet is has two names: ying and yang. I named the original existence as the “profound mystery” but even that mystery (darkness) was created by another mystery. That is the mechanism of this world – the gate way. 

Original script ：道可道、非常道。名可名、非常名。無名天地之始、有名萬物之母。故常無欲以觀其妙、常有欲以觀其徼。此兩者同出而異名。同謂之玄。玄之又玄、衆妙之門.

   By reading this, my understanding is that everyone’s life has a meaning. Each of our lives is very precious and meaningful. No man’s life is a better life or the more correct path. Every life is worth the value because we will never get the same life ever again. Some people say, “my life is a failure”.   But from the original existence, we are all shinning and beautiful while writhing in agony and going through experiences.    


    A parent may scold a child when he comes home with a bad grade. But a grandparent is just happy to have a grandchild no matter what his grade was. So you could imagine what the original existence may feel for you.  Each of our lives looks amazingly beautiful from her standpoint.

   When people look at another person is he really looking at the person himself or is he looking at the labels (what he’s wearing etc). It’s really important to see others without the outlook and the labels. Even for your family, it’s important to try to understand their feelings from their point of view.

   The last phrase of Laozi’s word has a great profound meaning. Its meaning can be linked to modern physics. Words are too limiting to express the beginning and the truth of the universe. But I think Laozi has expressed the profoundness with precision. To explain it in the simple way, the universe is one but has two names, ying and yang. But the one was created by the two. 1=2. Everything is created by this cycle of 1=2. That is my interpretation of what Laozi had written.

In other words, one child is born from two humans (man and woman). One couple is two people. And looking from the space, Earth is one sphere. But looking from Earth, we contain many continents and 7 billion people. 1=7 billion. So when you see things through a name, one becomes many different things. This principle could be applied to many different things in our lives. That's why I feel Laozi is trying to teach us to look into the essence of matters or things and not the reputation or names/status.



Another interpretation from the reader of my blog: “People have names for gods. But true gods has no name. Are the name real names of the gods? Heaven and earth began from a place where there were no names. Then it was named and shaped into numerous pieces. Not swayed by names and shapes, one must see its true nature. Do not be seized by names and shapes only to see the surface of things. It is actually coming from the deep and dark part of our own consciousness. It comes from one esoteric movement. That esoteric movement derives from another deeper dark esotery. Mystery of all lives comes from there. ”

The cause, the beginning of everything

     The economy and finance of all countries are becoming questionable. When we look back into the history, what the nations did when they got stuck was to invade another country.  The people became angry and dissatisfied with the government. The governors who are afraid to loose their vote had tried to solve the problem by raising a battle against the neighbor country. But this pretext would usually end up loosing many of their pupils during the battle. So many lives have been lost in the history all over the world because of the cowardly decisions of the governors who only tries to protect their own position. When there is a problem within their own country, they use war to try and shift the nations attention elsewhere. They say it’s what’s best for the country and end up loosing many men and women killed by the war. We mustn’t forget that even Hitler was elected, chosen by the people of the nation. During the election campaign, he had claimed all the necessary strategies in order to change for a better nation. But the result was killing massive amount of people of his own nation. And even more people outside of his country. Are the people who voted for Hitler responsible for his action?  There is a fundamental error in the election system. Even when the governor makes a drastic change after the election we couldn’t do anything about it. Today, we still see these mistakes happening in many countries. It’s time for the people to wake up to this fact that the politicians are only using war for their benefit.


     Looking at the riots or disorders happening in Europe related to the Euro currency, it seems impossible for the hard working countries to keep on covering up for not so hard working countries. Each country has to be responsible for their own lives. When the nation can become self-sustainable, the nation would be able to raise the percentage of individual’s true satisfaction/rate of happiness.  If they continue to compete the economy statistics just for the sake of numbers on a peace of paper, they will always have to be dependent on other countries. As long as the country is dependent, the unfair laws of another country will always exploit them. It will cause instability and the families will be separated in need to work elsewhere. Spending one short life in one’s birthplace together with a family is a blessing. 

 


     It is ideal when each country can be independently support its own nation and interact with other countries through cultural exchange only. When the interaction is caused by politics or financial benefits, it will end up as a disadvantage. 

     This morning’s thoughts were about the serious international problem that will rise in early 2013 right after the new years. Everything that happens in this dimension also happens in another dimension. There is the world of yukai in between this 3^rd dimension and the world of the dead. In the yukai world, exact same kind of human beings and civilization exists. But the details such as the names or the shapes of the countries are different. In the yukai world, there are many similar parallel worlds. The prophecies are often incorrect. It's not that it was incorrect, but it simply means that one man saw one of the parallel worlds, but in reality another parallel world was mirrored to this 3^rd dimension.  Therefore the future is always a blank sheet of paper. We cannot predict which parallel world will be transferred at a certain time.

     The vision I saw about the international problem rising after the new years 
of 2013 is also one of the many dimensions. It’s still possible for a change. When more people are awakened to the sense of gratitude, the new years will come peacefully.  

 





     What I wanted to say today is that one little election, one little news by the media could cause a horrific end to humanity. There is always that tragic scenario also ready to be transferred from the other dimension. When each governors of each nation could sincerely think for the happiness of its own nation, world peace can be created. But when they compare and compete with others an unhappy ending can be created. We all posses the ability to be happy with what we have.



 


      This image of the sun was from August 5^th. It shows a fissure in the shape of a big snake. The Old Testament talks about the black big snake appearing in front of Adam and Eve. Later we will be seeing a cross. When the big cross appears in the sun, a big shift in human consciousness will occur. And when a large solar flare bursts towards the Earth from this large cross, the beam will erase the idea of “comparing” and “invading” from all human minds. It will happen just like switching off the light within a second. This is one vision I saw from one parallel world. I hope this will happen. I will be observing in a clam manner. But we must continue to have thoughts of “ikashite-itadaite arigato gozaimasu, thank you for letting us live.”

Same kind magnet each other

    From August 11^th to 15^th is Obon time in Japan. Obon is the time when we celebrate our ancestors. The world of the darkness, the dimension of the life after-death will be opened to this dimension during this time. From the other world, the spirits who have the same kind of energy as you will come to you. Unnoticeably, the spirit(s) might decide to stay with you. This phenomenon will happen not only in Japan but also all over the world. All of the sudden, you might have an urge to eat or drink something you usually don’t consume. You might suddenly have a sense of anger towards one of your relatives. These phenomenons might happen as if you had taken over the will of the deceased. When you have magnetically connected to a spirit from hell, you might end up killing people randomly. When these spirits from hell possess a group, they might act on terrorism or some terrible crime. At a train station, make sure you don’t stand close to the edge of a platform during this time. A spirit that has committed suicide may push you off. Beach and riversides are also places to be cautious during this period. My psychic eyes can see many hands from the ocean and rivers trying to pull you in. Accidents with cars or motorcycles also increases around this time. But these will only happen when you have the habit to stay in anxiety, worries and unhappiness and have less gratitude for your life. Like attracts like. The same kind of energy is magnetically pulled towards each other.

     So for those who are in good spirit and have the sense of gratitude towards their ancestors, this period is a wonderful time. You will feel happiness to greet them at this time. It will become a celebration. Any kind of predictions can be avoided by being aware in advance. The famous prophecy made by Nostradamus about the end of the world in 1999 didn’t actually happen. But in a way, this prophecy had given awareness that the end of the world could come if we start a nuclear war. The people who have the power to control this world has become strongly aware about this fact. Nostradamus has also stated that after 1999, a thousand year of peace, a new golden age would come. So in my interpretation, I think he announced the prophecy of the end of the world in 1999 in order to escape a nuclear war.

    Today, Japanese people are conscious about large earthquakes. And spiritually speaking, this awareness is creating a defense barrier to avoid for it to actually happen. I’m sensing that we have been able to diminish the quakes down to M5 or 6 since the disaster early last year.  It is possible to avoid a disaster by just being aware without the feeling of fear.




    Those countries that have never been aware about earthquakes must be cautious. It is time for all countries to become consciously aware.

     During this Obon time, let your mind be at peace and enjoy the reunion with your ancestral spirits. Do not engage in any kind of fight or quarrel.  I trust that the11^th to the 15^th will also pass like another ordinary day.

A CREED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED

I asked God for strength, that I might achieve 　　I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey... I asked for health, that I might do greater things 　　I was given infirmity, that I might do better things... I asked for riches, that I might be happy 　　I was given poverty, that I might be wise... I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men 　　I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God... I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life 　　I was given life, that I might enjoy all things... I got nothing that I asked for -- but everything I had hoped for Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered. 　　I am among all men, most richly blessed!

This creed is hung on a wall at a waiting room of Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, 400 East 34th Street NYC.

    My thoughts: This is a famous creed introduced all over on the internet. This institution must have put it up to help comfort the patients. I feel that these are words from a person who is confronted with death unexpectedly. It seems to be based on the Bible. Yet it is a worthy knowledge.



   The first two phrases signify that when people are too strong they could easily harm others. When you are physically strong, you may feel powerful and enraptured. Then carelessly harm others not only with arm forces but often verbally.  However, we only have one life including the life after-death. And when we think about the later half (the life after-death), it is certainly better to be weak and thoughtful/caring to others. The third and forth phrases teach us that when we focus on getting rich we tend to forget or spend less time on more important matters such as having compassion, love and gratitude.  This is unfortunate when you think about what will happen in the life after-death. When you are poor, you are sort of forced to think about these matters. You will have more chance to think about it. When we suffer, we try to find answers and read books etc.  But if you were not able to guide yourself to the truth, you could also turn into commiting a crime or make big mistakes. When you are poor and yet humble, then you become a true successor. When you are rich and yet humble, you could also be a true successor and manifest wonderful things.
The fifth phrase is most important. It explains about all the rest.  The most important thing to realize is that your life itself is a gift. Poor, sickness
 and everything about your life is an experience. The experiences are the greatest gift. And when you are able to acknowledge that you are able to enjoy everything that happens in your life. To acknowledge that you are a soul and there is a divine purpose for this short period of time on Earth. The purpose is to leave behind a piece of gratitude every step of the way.

The author of this poem is unknown. It was first introduced on the bibliography of Dr. Howard A. Rusk.  Dr. Rusk was a prominent physician who was passionate in researching about rehabilitation medicine under WWII. The poem was first given to him on a Christmas card from Adlai Ewing Stevenson II. The poem was written by a soldier who fought the American Civil War on the Southern side. Stevenson found the poem in a church in South Carolina. Rusk showed the poem to a patient. Then the patient showed the poem to another young boy who was suffering from severe cerebral palsy. And he told the boy “this poem is talking about us.” The boy showed the poem to his father and told him the same thing. Then the father said, “no this poem is talking about me.”  Later the poem became the creed of this hospital.

Sea Salt

A conversation between a mother and a manufacturer of sea salt


   
- My oldest son got sick and we went to several hospitals. But not only did the treatment not work, it made his condition worsen. Then one day, someone told me about changing the salt in his diet. Salt?  The idea surprised me. This person said that the salt sold today is mostly sodium chloride. Before the war, salt was made all over Japan from sea water. After the war, the Americans were trying to do a research about Japanese people’s outstanding ability in tolerance and solidarity. They concluded that one of the reasons could be in the sea salt. The Americans created a monopoly system in the sea salt making in Japan. And along with the Genbaku Otome (women who were victims of the atomic bomb), they brought back the high quality sea salt to their home country. They gave the Genbaku Otome the Japanese sea salt in their diet to research the relation between radiation and sea salt. And the result is that the victims of the atomic bomb who consumed sea salt in their diet did not show any aftereffect from the radiation.


    Radiation acidify the human body. But a good quality sea salt neutralizes the effect and releases the radiation out from your system. Human body is originally made to detox itself with sea salt but sodium chloride doesn’t have the right component to do so. Most of the salt sold in Japan today is rock salt. And it’s because rock salt can be manufactured cheaply than sea salt. But human body needs minerals such as zinc and magnesium. Good quality sea salt contains these minerals.  When salt became sodium chloride, children have started to become irritated, unstable, snappy and inpatient. They say reduce salt for your health. It could create adult-disease…  but this is about sodium chloride. We have suggested to people with Alzheimer, depression, atopic skin disease, gynecological disorder to change their diet to the old Japanese diet with vegetables and seafood. Change salt to sea salt and also put a pinch in your drinking water and tea. People who really listened to us and changed their diet and salt had been cured. We have witnessed it with our own eyes. When you take sea salt, even if you took too much it will be released from your body. If you have cancer, you should consult with your doctor and take as much sea salt in your water, tea and food until you have diarrhea (I believe diarrhea is a symptom caused by excessive zinc). When you have diarrhea it means your toxins has been released.



    Please do not take sea salt with Western medicine or treatment. 
It wouldn’t work together.  When you are sick, you need to strengthen your immune system. The sea salt has the power to strengthen your immune system. In order to make sea salt, they use the sea water during high tide and they use the water where the sea water and mountain clear limpid water crosses. They only use clear water when the sea is not rough. 20kgs of sea salt is made out of one ton of sea water. During the rainy season, it can only produce 15 kgs. I wish there will be more sea salt manufacturer like in the old days.

 （my opinion）By reading this, other things I’ve heard came into my mind. 



(1) When the atomic bomb was dropped down to Nagasaki, St.Francis Hospital was right in that area. When the bomb was dropped, the head director of the hospital, Dr. Tatsuichiro Akitsuki just had an instinct.  He immediately told everyone in the hospital to keep licking salt. “Just keep licking sea salt. Drink salty miso soup with your meals and take soy sauce.” Dr. Akitsuki was researching about the acute radiation syndrome caused by X-ray examinations in those days. It gives fatigue symptoms and his intuition told him that the cure is to drink salt water a little thicker than PSS (physiological salt solution). Those who trusted him and kept licking salt and took salty meals did not suffer from the radiation aftereffect. In those days salt was always natural sea salt. Miso and soy sauce were also made by sea salt.

 (2) A German medical doctor, Dr. D.Siedendorf was helping to save the victims of the ‪Chernobyl disaster‬. According to her report, there were an increasing number of infants suffering from diabetes. Some researcher talks about not having enough zinc in the body could be one of the reasons for this disease. My instinct tells me that when you are exposed to radiation, the zinc-ion and the radioactivity is bonded inside your body and discharges the zinc. And that is why the body has less zinc and creates diabetes. The human body needs metallic ion such as zinc and magnesium. And sea salt contains those minerals. Especially the Okinawan sea salt is high in these minerals. I feel that the salt they took at St.Francis Hospital was the salt from Kyushu to Okinawa with high zinc and magnesium.

(3) What is coming into my mind these days is the idea about derivatives of the components. If we took vitamins or minerals alone, I feel that it does not get absorbed into the system and simply be excreted. We need the derivatives to support the nutrition to be absorbed into the body system. So instead of taking health supplement, if we took sea salt it contains the main components such as zinc and magnesium and the other components would become the derivatives. So I think its best to take the nutrition from natural food and salt.

(4) Another concern I have these days is parasites that grow in the brain. When the humans’ immune system becomes weak, I am concerned that the parasites in the vegetables will start to invade and grow inside our body. Last year, there was a news in Europe about people getting food poisoning from cucumbers. Many people died. I enjoy eating raw vegetables. We all do. How could we prevent such incident? When I was thinking about it, an idea came into mind. It told me to search for the process of raw ham. I researched for raw ham process in Spain and Italy. It seems that they would dip the pork in salt for over a year. And through this process all the parasites dies. Parasites cannot live in a salty environment. So maybe the answer is to keep up the salt density in our body. Our entire body including the brain is filled with water that is close to sea water in terms of salt density. And that osmotic pressure is helping the cells to activate.  But if we don't have enough salt in our system maybe the parasites will start to win?  This is my opinion. It might have to do with the density of salt content within our cells …  


    According to one of the manufacturers of sea salt, the cause of high blood pressure has to do with sodium chloride. And sea salt with high amount of potassium will help discharge sodium chloride from one’s body.  The sea salt that contains potassium, zinc and magnesium would be ideal. Please note that this is entirely my hypothesis. Please make your own decision about your health.

    During the hot summer season, we will need extra salt. If you drink too much water and don’t have enough salt in your system, you might feel dull, sleepy and weak. For one way to measure, according to WHO the consumption of salt per day for adult should be 6g. This is not much.

The mystery of Japan

   The above article was written last year. And the revelation seems to be occurring accordingly. Looking at the world economy, No.4 has happened within the year. It started in Greece and now moving on to Spain, Italy and France.  After the economy crisis, I sense next is volcanic activity and big earthquakes.

   Talking about the economy, to start with, UK is the big boss in the financial world along with the US.  The fact that the £ pound did not join yuユーロ € EURO and stayed individual was to test how the European financial market will do without UK. I think the US had a lot to do with this decision.  The UK did not join the Euro but they always attend the EURO currency conference.  And UK seems to have a strong position on the decision-making. The partnership between the UK and the US is very strong. Some historians claim that the UK had created the current world system. In the last century, England owned many countries around the world. They created the US by sending in massive immigrants and they also secretly supported Russia to build its nation. England had created both ying and yang countries so they would compete with each other and grow.


  On the other hand, Japan’s Imperial family is the only royal family in Asia that is approved by the British Royals allowing to be invited to their ceremonies.  In order to see the future of each Asian country, we must keep an eye on the distance between UK and US and that country. That would give you a measure. Russia may very well take side of UK and US. This would be a huge turn but there is great possibility. And we must take that into consideration in order to predict the future world market.

   And behind the establishment of the Great Britain in the last century was the ancient Judaism.  And the secret society that is manipulating the world has started to notice that behind the ancient Judaism, there was Japan.





    I could see through my psychic vision that Moses had stayed at Yasaka Jinja (Shinto shrine) of Kyoto for quite a period. Moses who lived in a little hill of Yasaka had taught to the people in Kyoto about Jehovah (seventh level figure of god Susanoo). He also taught some weaving and dying techniques. Moses is in fact the origin of the famous Gion festival that carries the sacred box through out the street of Gion. Also the Ise tradition of hanging the Somin Shorai (蘇民将来) decoration in the front entrance seen in this photo is another proof that people believed in Jehovah. 

    Moses had two big lumps on his forehead. It could look like horns. While Moses wandered around the mountains in Kyoto, it created many folk tales about the demon living in the woods.  Folk tales are often true stories. It takes few thousand years to realize it was true.  

    This small shrine worships the aratama (the raging soul) of god Susanoo. It is within the Yasaka Shrine. According to the legend, Somin Shorai had originated here in Yasaka. The truth of the history of Japan is much more than we could ever imagine. I wish Prime Minister Putin would come to visit Gion. I am sure he would enjoy it very much.
