Look at yourself and others while staying in the Now

Ryokan, an authentic Japanese Buddhist monk lived in a village. He didn’t want to get involved with any Buddhist organizations, so he had to make a living on his own. He had to work just like the other ordinary people. He worked as an amanuensis. He also did calligraphy and paintings and sold it in exchange for food and clothes. The other monks wore clean and beautiful robes and lived by donations from the common people. They pretended not to notice Ryokan.
The way Ryokan lived did not create any spiritual debt. But the other monks who have used the donations for their personal living expenses would have to pay back in the afterlife.  This is one law in the Spirit World that is still active today. Ryokan was loved by all the people in the village. That was because he voiced only good words. If one would meet Ryokan, he would only praise him or be in gratitude. Those words were very healing for the village people. Ryokan was a man who was determined only to use good words. It was actually not something he consciously chose but it was his nature (innate god/goodness).  There are always some bad guys who don’t find a good man like Ryokan favorable. Ryokan was very popular amongst the people and they were not happy about it. They even thought to try and reveal is bad side.  There is a story about this ferryboat paddler. One day Ryokan got on a ferryboat by himself. When the boat came to the middle of the river, the paddler shook the boat so Ryokan would fall off, knowing that he couldn’t swim. Ryokan fell into the river and tried to swim as hard as he could to reach the boat. The paddler waited for a while and when he thought it was enough bullying he helped him up to get back on the boat. The paddler was curious to what Ryokan would say. Then Ryokan said, “thank you so much for saving me. You are my life savor.” And bowed deeply. The paddler was thinking to push him back into the river if he complained. But Ryokan, on the other hand, had thanked  him instead even though he knew he shook the boat on purpose. The paddler got ashamed of himself how stupid he had behaved.
Ryokan was always in the Now moment. The fact that the paddler shook him off the boat was already in the past. He focused on the now, the fact that he saved him. And he thanked him for that. He did it from honesty, from the bottom of his heart. Ryokan was a genius in seeing what is going on in the now moment. He simply looked at the fact that he saved him and sent his gratitude. We should really learn from him. Rather than paying attention to the past, we need to train our mind to focus on the now and see the opponent in the “right” way. We often have an assumption, a preconceived idea about the person. We respond from the data from the past and not looking at the now. We are not trying to see the attitude, what is going on in the now moment.

Where are you looking at?  Are you often looking at the past? Are you often worried about the future? Either way, you are missing the present moment. You are not living the NOW. The future is built up by what you do now. If your energy is not focused in the now, then your future will be weak. That is why it’s important to focus on the every now moments and be in gratitude. This is the one and only way to have a good future.

We often like to judge people. How do we do that? We do it by the data from the past and give a preconceived idea. We often tend to look at what bad he did in the past and judge him. We are not trying to look at the present behavior. People change everyday. As long as we live, we will come across many situations and we change. Some people change for the better, some people turn dissolute.
When we look at people, we tend to judge them from the past experiences. And there are so many people still suffering today from what other people did in the past. He bullied me, he cheated on me, he deceived me…etc.  We tend to see the person through a filter from the past. It often happens between a parent and a child as well. Yet, as long as you see things from the filter of the past, you are not able to see the person in the right way. It’s a good idea to learn from the past experiences, but don’t judge the person from it. It’s important to try and see what is going on in the now. This is not only about other people but also to do the same for yourself.  There are people who suffer from what they did in the past. They don’t see the present in a calm and peaceful manner and always judge oneself from the past. In fact, most people who are suffering today are suffering from the past. Spiritually observing that situation, there is a spirit /magnetic energy possessing/sticking on to you. It’s all you. When you think about the past so often, the residue from the past remains in the present moment. It’s like the plural-you are there in parallel. When these magnetic energy (spirit) from the past becomes independent, it creates an illness called multiple personality or bi-polar disorder. The phenomenon of the poltergeist is also mostly coming from yourself. The emotions left in the past still remaining in the present becomes independent and creates some strange phenomenon.

In order to calm this condition:

1. Send gratitude to your past-self. No matter how bad the past was you have to say thank you. You are alive today because you had the past. You should not allow your past-being(s) live in the present.

By sending gratitude, you are bundling up all parts of self and bringing it back together in the present. Come back to the present moment and observe yourself in a calm and peaceful manner.

2. Send gratitude daily to your ancestors and to your innate god/goodness. This is very important. When you can care for others and be grateful, the energy will come back to you. The same thing can be said when you judge others the energy will come back to you too.

These are key points to change your life for the better. Today, I talked about the importance to look at yourself and others always in the present moment.
And adding to it, be grateful. This is the secret to bring good luck into your life.

The Grasshopper and the Ant

The international research team including the staffs from the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan and Riken has announced, “We have released a news about the solar polar magnetic field reversal observed by Hinodethe solar observatory).” <http://hinode.nao.ac.jp/index_e.shtml>
“The estimated completion of the reversal of the north polar region will take place in 1 months or so, about one year earlier than the nominal expected reversal time.” (read more on the above English page web address )

This fluctuation in the solar inner activity has been observed for the first time since the modern technology on solar observation has been installed.  Similar phenomenon is told to have occurred during the Maunder and Dalton Minimum period. Some researchers have said that the Earth experiences climate down falls that is called the Little Ice Age.

Starting from this year, cold summers and winters may escalate.
Last winter, we already had record-breaking low temperatures and heavy snow. And the trend may go on further as the years go by. An American guy named Bill had mentioned about this to me. (http://isehakusando-eng-version.blogspot.jp/2011/05/business-trip-to-us.html)
The United States is already preparing for this since ten years ago. The government is stocking oil and food supply in case of emergency situation. According to Bill’s story, he said that we would no longer have to indulge in war business.  This links to the fact that US President Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize for promoting nuclear disarmament. So why will there be no more war?
Because the US government is predicting that we will be experiencing severe climate changes and natural disasters all over the world, and survival will become our main issue. I think that maybe the colder climate countries like Russia may have more advantageous at this time. I am concerned more about the countries closer to the equator. Especially from next year, in Japan, I would recommend to grow rice types that are stronger in colder weather. Any other agricultural products also need consideration about cold summer. I sincerely hope the farmers would come to this recognition before they actually experience a great loss.

I sense that the rice type named Ise-Hikari that is now growing at the sacred rice field of Ise Jingu shrine would be able to overcome the coming cold summers. This rice was developed at the time of the present Emperor’s enthronement. The government should really be instructing these plans for national protection and security. However, we will most likely enter the phase without any government guidance. Therefore, we should prepare individually.

The new moon has come on the 21st. We might be experiencing some gravity influence. Pay attention to your emotions and be watchful during driving a car.

The more you climb the better the view

The nature of kami (god) is a mirror. It reflects everything and shows it to us. That's why when you send gratitude towards your own innate god, the energy of gratitude will grow inside you and reflect in your life. In other words, when you do this daily from the bottom of your heart, there will be things actually happening in your life that you will be overwhelmed with joy. If you are only asking for help to god, I wonder what the reflection will be? The reflection might be too heavy for you to handle. You are actually strangling yourself. The more you ask for help to god, the more weight you are putting onto yourself. This is not a good situation.
The strangled heart becomes weak and misses the chances of good luck.
Now here is a question. When the mirror (kami) wants to see himself, how does he see it?
I think, the only way he sees himself is by looking at the world. In Japanese old saying, we say you look at the child to see who or what kind of parents they are. So if you see this third dimensional world, you will see what kami looks like, or what kami is all about. The point is how YOU choose to see the world. There are all kinds of situations presented in this world. There are many tragedies, sufferings and cruelty going on in this world. At the same time, there are many wonderful and good things occurring as well.   But there are so many people in this world. This is another fact. And I think this is an evidence of love of humanity. To raise a child is one serious accomplishment. It takes so much work and other people’s help. It is really a continuous work of a miracle. No matter how tragedic and poor the country is, as long as there are children, god still wants them to live. This is god showing his love. The future is a blank sheet of paper. Like us, god is also observing how it will become. When we think about the future, how you want it to be, if it was a playful thought, I think it becomes a reality more than when you are desiring strongly. When it’s a playful light thought, there is no ego. And that's why I think it works better. No matter how big the dream is, it will come true when it comes true. Don’t believe in fate. You are the creator who makes things happen. Don’t forget that you are the creator, the reflection of kami.  Most of the people have forgotten about this. We used to be in oneness. The separation of god and human was the beginning of the tragedy. God is waiting for us to see his reflection on us. So lets not give up and keep having good thoughts. And the way to be in oneness once again is by saying “ikashite-itadaite arigato-gozaimasu. Thank you for letting us live.”

We are all the same

A comment from a reader:  I am so lonely. I live alone and feeling isolated. I am so lonely that tears are falling. When I think about my life, thinking that I might have to live alone like this forever, I just don’t want to go to work and stay inside my bed. And I wish I never wake up. Those I care about don't like me and even at work there are discrimination. Why do I have to suffer and be in sorrow? The world without love is sad isn’t it? God you should understand by now. Individual’s sadness, loneliness is like this. I’m not sure how much longer I can stay like this.

My impression to this comment: I would like to say to this person that God feels that same.
God is also alone. We must bring something to life with our own mind and heart. Everything starts from giving. That is the key to life.
God was also lonely for billions of years. The dark universe went on for forever.  This is the same situation as you are in now.  But one day, god decided to stop waiting for something to happen. He started to bring out the feeling into sounds (vibrational energy). And thouse sounds resonated around the universe creating sound waves. The sound waves gave birth to many things. During a long long extensive period of time the stars were born. And more time had pasted and humans were born. The ultimate source, the Root God who created the gods and goddesses had also created humans. And it is all designed for the individuals to experience everything in a shorter period what the Root God had experienced in a longer term.  Thus, you are now experiencing the dark days of the Root God.

The sense of loneliness will reach its peak and from there a big bang will occur. At this point, when you try to find a solution outside of self, in other words, if you depend on others or some sort of religion and try to escape from the truth, your loneliness will never disappear. The big bang will not occur and you will have to continue smoldering. After experiencing passivity, dependency for many years or life times, one day you will say to yourself “enough.” Then the big bang will occur from your inner voice. One should not depend on a god figure. A god figure is something you care for and defend/protect. When you have the hearts to care and protect something or someone, you are actually caring and protecting yourself. This is one law of the universe.

You might be thinking, just tell me what I should do now without all that distant story. But as long as you cannot care for your innate god and your ancestors, you will always feel lost and dissatisfied. You might think, once you become rich, own a company, get married … everything will change. But that is not true. These material things cannot fill your heart in a true sense. Everyone goes through birth, aging, sickness and death. Even though you have no money, experiencing unjust or illness, as long as you could feel your god within and your ancestor and have the sense of giving thanks, you will start to change. Go go go! Emanate the sense of gratitude from within. Then your life will certainly change.

Unwind your heart

With the most recent TV models, all you need to do is to plug into the antenna, and type in your zip code. And the TV will automatically set you up to the channels in your district. It has become so easy and simple. In the old days, we had to start from the zzzzzz sound with all the lines showing on the TV screen and had to make adjustments.  We needed the electrician to come and do it for us. Now we can do it all on our own.

The electro-magnetic waves exist in the air and it has to resonate with your TV at home in order to make it work. The same thing can be said about the spirits existing in the air. The problem is what kind of spirits are you resonating with? What sort of energy are you putting out? And as you know, like attracts like energy. The divine godly energy that creates lives in this world is also around us alive and well. Their electro-magnetic waves are very simple. Even the ultimate source, the Root God is saying,Thank you for letting us live. The energy that is emanating from the root is also a thanking kind of energy. It's not saying,I will let you liveoryou must live.  It is just saying, thank you as if it's saying consciously towards a particular subject or an object. The root source is simply pouring out the energy of arigatō (gratitude) all the time and continues to give birth to all beings. The true god is not looking to receive thanks but is in gratitude at all times.

The energy of gratitude will give birth to like energy. We should try to do the same.  When you are going to start something new say, thank you for letting me challenge this. When you are building a house say, thank you for letting me build a house here on this land. When you are starting a new job say, thank you for letting me have this job. Start everything by saying, ikashite-itadaite arigato-gozaimasu, thank you for letting us live, and it will energize like energy into your life and all things around you.

When I was writing the above words in the screen, a revelation came to me. It said, this is the meaning of Kotohogi (言祝・寿ぎ) in Shintoism. The essential truth of Shintoism is about blessing and celebrating everyone and everything. That is all, nothing else. When you are able to do this and ONLY this, you are giving birth to new good things, you are able to bring luck into your life. It is super simple. It is super uncomplicated. When you are able to bless everyone and everything, only say things to praise, you are actually purifying and cleansing yourself. And naturally good energy will be able to reach you. All fights and conflicts is merely a tangled string. Simply unwind it, and send a blessing. Give thanks that you are led to live. Then you can start over. Start weaving your life again.

Unlike in the 20th century when we had to adjust our TV sets, we are now able to set-up with our zip code and boom here it is! It has become so easy and simple. And now we can do it on our own. The old complicated chanting words, spending a lot of time sitting in front of an altar for rituals are no longer necessary. Those are out of date and expired. All we need to say is, ikashite-itadaite arigato-gozaimasu, thank you for letting us live. This is the timely chant to resonate with the highest divinity. Please for god sake, don't go to some strange "sensei", guru or a psychic and pay a lot of money thinking you can save yourself or others. You are only putting filth onto yourself.

Time moves on, and we evolve. Everyday is a new day. The word Kotohogi has such a beautiful sound to it. Lets just stay simple, be in this Kotohogi (gratitude) and live through. If you can do that, I can guarantee things will unwind and rebundle again in the right way.

The Big Cross Apocalypse

(written March 23rd)

I left a comment yesterday about being watchful from Chiba shoreline and inwards, also from Tokyo shoreline towards Saitama area as the geo-magnetic current is moving in that direction. This morning, as I predicted there was a slight quake from the shoreline towards Saitama. As you can see in the above photo, on the left bottom a white head that is Mt.Fuji.  And the X mark is the center point of the quake which locates at the south area of Saitama. If you make a line between Mt.Fuji and the quake center point, you will find Machida-city, Tokyo where the small earthquake occurred. It happened in between this line. And when you extend this line to the south, you will find Tanabe-city, Wakayama. And to the opposite direction, there is Mito-city Ibaragi. I’m trying to say that this line from Tanabe-city to Mito-city and all the areas out towards the Pacific Ocean side needs to be cautious from now on. The other big line is from Hawaiian Islands – Miyake Island – Mt.Fuji – Nagano – Mt. Hakuto (located in between China and North Korea) . I am sensing the magma activity under this line. These two long lines create a big cross having Mt.Fuji as the center point.

At this time, I am sensing that the earth dragon movement is activated in this area creating a big cross. The area close to this line, Mt.Fuji ~ Nagano may have earthquakes and volcanic activity. And the biggest concern is Mt.Hakuto. At the same time, I am sensing some distinctive magnetic energy force may be born in this area. This new energy  could possibly be used to restore life forces. Like the Tamagawa onsen (natural hot spring) in Tohoku district, this magnetic field may help cure human body.  You may call it the geo-magnetic energy treatment.

So having said that, not everything that is occurring now is bad news. There is no day without a dawn. The sun will always rise after the dark night. There could be a useful by-product that we never expected. From the universe in my brain, at this moment, the big cross with Mt.Fuji in the center seems to be shinning stronger than the Ise-Hakusun line.  Be cautious, but at the same time, lets have great expectations to this shinning phenomenal big cross. The resurrection of Christ predicted in the Bible, the cross that he left in the memory of humanity actually signifies this big cross that crosses in the center of Japan. The big cross just so happened to be covering the whole land of Japan at this period on Earth. The light shall be dispatched from the East.

The Beating of a New Era

Looking at the gravity pull towards Earth from the placement of the
planets, this year’s spring equinox March 20th will be different than the average year. It feels like it will be a special and sacred turning point.

The influence will start from the 19th. From the 20th, the daytime will become longer than the nighttime. This also signifies that the dark side in many ways will start to decrease. 1. The hidden dark side of the society will start to reveal itself. Big news may start to come out. 2. The light side will start to increase in individuals and the dark side will decrease. Take care of your good will, you innate god.  This is a priority.  3. The chain of this planet will be unchained. The liberation of the mother earth will start. Meaning volcanos will be activated and earthquakes may occur frequently.

It’s a starting point in many ways. Starting from tomorrow towards next year, I feel the changes may escalate. No.1 & 3 may scare you. But the most important thing is No.2 and this will save you. No.1 & 3 is only a passing scenery. But No.2 is where it really makes a difference. Physically we will all die at some point. And while we are alive, we should not allow our heart, our innate god to get hurt. Even passing through tough times because of what may happen in the world, what may happen at work, we cannot allow our good will (heart) to be dragged into the stress, worries and fears. We have to stay strong and keep the light in our hearts.  If you don’t do it consciously, if you are not aware of it, you will get dragged down with the drama happening outside of self.

Getting dragged down will the biggest mistake in terms of karma. No matter what you are seeing in front of you, what scenes may pass, you have to keep the inner calm. If you can do this, you will be all right. Amida Nyorai’s (http://www.onmarkproductions.com/html/amida.shtml
) original vow was about the inner god in each of us will, at the end, save each soul. This time has come. The true savior of humanity is inside ourselves. It is our heart. It will be our greatest challenge.  If you are already living your life based on your good will, you will be feeling greater peace and stability in your environment. No matter, what we experience it is all about your own choice. Will you choose to be dragged down and experience drama and negative emotions such as stress, worry and fear? Or will you choose calmness, peace and joy? When enough people start to choose the goodness in one’s heart, our world will become a wonderful place.

The precious freedom

Looking at the astronomical activities, the gravity instable period is March 8th to 12th. When we pass this period safely, the next instable period would be March 18th to 22nd(new moon). I imagine the gravity is very unstable especially on the 21st, the day before the new moon.

God has created a gravity-generating device called the Moon. The Moon affects the Earth in a monthly cycle. And the gravitational pull gives us instability. The gravitational gap has cultivated and helped evolve all lives on our planet. The gravity effect from the moon is powerful and in a great scale as we see it in the ocean and rivers. The gap (gravity changes) is a divine power, a great stimulation for the lives in the great nature.

Many people believed in astrology for centuries. But it no longer works to see personal future/destiny from now on. It has to do with the human’s attachment to the physical body shifting to the spirit (heart) body.  The human’s are starting to act more for the good will rather than material reasons. The physical satisfaction is not enough anymore. It brings more thirst in the heart. We are more in need to fulfill our heart through the act of good will.

The old humans were trapped in a destiny dependent to the outer source (gravity from the Moon). We will still have the gravity effects. But the new humans, those who act upon his good will, will be different. If you are already older in age, it doesn’t matter. As long as you live upon your good will, you are already the new type of humans. And the new human’s destiny is not dependent on the outer source.

The concept of the law of entropy tells us that when the human population increases the great nature and natural resources decreases.  As a whole, from a large perspective, nothing has changed. It’s just the details of the content has changed but the total mass energy is the same. Buddha talked about “nothing increases or decreases.” I think it comes from the same understanding. Humans are a condensed energy of the great nature.

Looking from the point as a great purpose, the great nature has decreased (sacrificed) not to be replaced by human bodies but to be replaced by the human heart, hopefully with a greater content. We have great responsibilities. Many animals, creatures and the great nature have sacrificed its lives for us. The great purpose of our lives is to come to a realization to this fact and act as a representative of the Earth. And be thankful to this whole grand nature and planet.

See all situations with love

Can one person really attain spiritual growth alone? One fact is that we already have the perfect being (innate god) inside of us. So it's really not about growing but to reconnect or to awaken to the true-self. But can we do it alone? I think we couldn’t.

When we want to see ourselves, we need a mirror (others).  Even Buddha was not able to reach enlightenment through all the hard practices and meditations. I think this is a big message to all humans. Buddha did some extreme meditations to challenge the physical limitations. At the end, he was so weakened he almost died. But at this moment, Sujahta comes along carrying the heavy cow milk. She sees Buddha under the tree wearing a rag and looking very weak. She first passed by. But on second thought she returned to him and gave him some milk porridge. Why did she return?  It was her compassionate heart (mercy, love) that made her do so. And through her kindness and love, he was enlightened. He had forgotten about compassion and kind, caring love. He had abandoned his own family and went to search for an answer on his own. But after all the hard practices, he was enlightened through one act of kindness from another person.  So was all the tough meditation meaningless? No. He had to experience it all in order to come to this realization.

1.    You act and struggle for yourself, for your success, for enlightenment, for something..
2.    This bring suffering and hardships and your ego grows. Even if you had reached some success, you are still unsatisfied and carry anxiety.
3.    At the end, you finally awaken to the love within through being touched by compassion and love from others.

This is one typical pattern. What I sense is that the ultimate existence wanted to see his own figure. In order to see himself, he had to divide his own energy into billions. This is how humans were created. It is written in the Bible and in the Kojiki.  We are part of the process of the creation. Out of the seven billion people, encountering someone you don’t like, there is a strong fate. The members of your own family is a very strong fate.

Observe people in a calm manner. Then you are able to relate to yourself. Try to see others with compassion. The loving energy will always return to you and change you. It will make things melt and dissolve.

Loosen up your grip

A person’s life changes with whom he meets by chance and fate. Coincidence is actually not an accident but an inevitability. This is true looking from a spiritual point of view. But it’s important not to misunderstand that fates and coincidences are fixed. Some people think that destiny cannot be changed and they just give up their life. These people think it’s a waste of time to make any effort because things will happen anyways. Coincidence is built upon one’s thoughts and actions. Today’s thoughts and actions will create tomorrow’s coincidence. Future is a blank sheet of paper.

Nothing is actually binding you from the past experiences. It’s your mind that is still holding on to the past and the worries for the future. You are strangling and limiting yourself by doing so. You are wasting the NOW moment. And that is the biggest problem.

You are responsible for your own destiny. If you become aware of this, you will know the importance of being in the NOW moment and making the efforts in the best way you can. At the same time, loosen up your grip. Don’t hold on to the results. Just do your best then let it go. You should leave some space for the spirits to help you. Simply send gratitude that your are led to live and let go of the past.

Emancipation is one stage of awakening in Buddhism.  It’s about freeing yourself. Once you are able to let go and free yourself from the past and future, you will be inviting the right energy in the now moment. This will result in the right chances and the right coincidences. Now moment has all the possibilities for creation. And once you waste the now moment, you may be destroying a good fate.

One’s life could change in an instant. I too have experienced this. I used to work in the IT field. And through a headhunting company, I changed my job to the field of natural resources. My whole life changed through my job and here I am today. This happened by chance through a meeting and it seemed like a coincidence but it was inevitable.

So don’t spend too much time in worries. As long as you work hard and stay in the now moment, things will start to change. Even with a part-time job, just do your best in the work and live the now moment. Then one day the right fate will come to you.

When you are not a full-time employee, it means that you are the owner-manager. Don’t give up.

    1. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just do your best.
    2. Then don’t worry, loosen your grip and enjoy
        the moment.
    3. Be in gratitude towards ancestral spirits and
to your innate god for being led to live .

The change will come all of the sudden and it will happen much faster then you think. No one knows when it will happen. And it all depends on your daily thoughts and actions. Life is eternal. At the end, everyone will have a chance to be all right.

Trust your ancestors and your innate god. If you can have the trust, there is nothing to worry.

Drawing a line

This past few thousand years, numerous ideologies, faith, religions, religious practices has aroused. And in the modern world, New Age spiritual teachings has been presented. The bottom of all this is the humanly desire wanting to attain happiness. It’s the fundamental humanly nature to desire a life with a peaceful mind. No matter how many techniques are presented, it cannot win over basic human acts like having mercy, kindness and giving love to others.  In a Buddhist, it is called compassion. This is the most powerful heart one could have. You will become a shinning mirror to others and to yourself. Any kind of powerful curse or black magic would be thrown off if you have true compassionate heart. And the curse will return to the sender and it will destroy the person.

The above diagram is the Ying and Yang, the cosmic dual forces.  This idea came from the super ancient time in Japanese Shintoism. Izanagi and Izanami (like Adam and Eve) was the couple deity who had created all gods and goddesses and the materials in this world. This idea spread to China and became what is called Tao.

This stone is called magatama (勾玉) and it was discovered from the ancient burial mounds in Japan. The magatama represents an embryo and also the polarity. This figure hides the secret of process of the formation of the universe, the latest physics discovery on symmetry breakdown, about time and dimensions, about the black hole… etc.

In a revelation, a deity told me to draw a line anywhere on the top diagram.  I drew a horizontal line. Wherever I make a line, the portion of the black part and the white part will always be different. However, the whole circle provides equal amount of black and white.

The same thing can be taught about life. We are all given equal amount of the Ying and the Yang energy. Your life will differ depending on where you draw the line. You are free to draw the line wherever you desire. But if you are able to draw the line just in the middle, your polarity will be in balance.
At some point in your life, you will have more Yang energy and at some point more Ying. But in total, it is balanced.
This is the same idea as “the middle way” that Buddha had talked about.  In Shintoism, we have the same idea. It is called seichu (正中)There is a secret to happiness in this middle way.  Life provides us many troubling matters. When you are troubled, don’t loose your patience and walk the middle way in a calm manner. Don’t forget to be an observer of your own life.
Ask yourself, what is the middle point of this matter? There will be an answer to happiness in this question. Even when you are sending gratitude, be conscious about the middle point of your mind. Then things will pass without any serious damage.
