Visiting God of Amatsu - part 3

As I visited Amano-hitsuku Shrine (天之日津久神社), I started to feel a warm sense of divine energy. When God of Amatsu comes to me to send me a revelation, I get a severe pain on my right arm as if a burning metal chopstick are pressed against my arm. So I was getting ready for that moment to come. But then, I felt something behind my right shoulder towards the right side of the forest.

I turned around to the right facing back and I saw a kagura-den (神楽殿), a building where the sacred ritual music and dance are performed as an offering to the divine. And I felt I was called to go to the forest behind the building. But the next moment, I realized that the family I was with had disappeared. I wondered what had happened and soon after I finished my prayers at the shrine, I went back to look for them. I saw them waving at me from the forest in front of the parking area.

I walked to where they were standing. Then one of them said, "this is a very strange space." I looked up towards the sky from that spot.

It looked as if it is a black and white paper cutout picture or a stained glass art. The light from the sky was partly cut-off from the tree branches creating a very mysterious atmosphere. And from that particular spot, I could feel a spiritual pathway that is opened up towards the World of Gods all the way up in the deep sky. I brought my focus back to the forest again. And there was the pure and silent forest spreading all around.

Then a powerful energy moved my attention to another spot. There a stone monument popped into my eyes.

On the stone monument, the name Makata Daigongen (
麻賀多大権現) was engraved. Daigongen is one facet of a spirit of Dai-tengu (大天狗: a great spirit of the forest that is in disguise; a goblin with a long nose that looks like a crow).

I don't know the actual history about this stone monument, but my senses tells me that it was made when someone saw the god of Makata Shrine in the figure of Dai-tengu. However, this is only a kenzoku (A retainer or an emissary. A spirit entity that serves under a god. Usually in animal forms). When I saw this stone monument, I understood the true god who resides at this shrine and who told the content of the Hitsuki Shinji (日月神示: a Divine Revelation descended in 1944).

The true identity of the god who resides at this shrine is Kunitokotachi-ohokami (国常立太神) in the seventh dimension. And the kenzoku of this god is a very unique god spirit from the 5th dimension the happened to be called Daigongen.

The same system of the World of the Gods as in Gegū  of The Grand Shrine of Ise was presented to me here in the Kanto region. I realized that the change of shape that happened with the sakaki leaves on my altar was a transcription of the fan that Daigongen has is his hand.

When I payed a visit to Daigongen (the forest in front of the parking area), I saw a grand vision of the world of this god. The story started with this giant spirit standing on top of Mt.Fuji with his arms crossed. Then he showed me jumping across Mt.Ontake, Mt.Takao and through the chain of mountains of Tohoku area. Mt.Haku was not in his walking trail. It seemed to be considered another category in his mind.

He then jumped straight up high above the sky with just one kick with his tall wooden clog. He went high as to the stratosphere. If he had used both feet who knows how high he could go.  This action of his signifies the ability to foresee a far distance as well as the future. And to overlook the entire planet. He was sent from the World of the Gods as a guardian of Japan and was placed close to the capital city, Tokyo.  In Japan, there is only one kind of god spirit so large as him.

In the future, if the capital moves to Kyoto, this god spirit will most likely be assigned to become the guardian of the  kimon (鬼門:the northeastern corner, demon's gate) of Kyoto, which would be Heisen-ji Hakusan Shrine (平泉寺白山神社) or Hakusan-chūkyo Shrine (白山中居神社) where a giant tree stands.

This god spirit told me, "Surpass the purification from the sun and the moon (fire, water, earthquake, volcano eruption) during the three years 2015 ~ 2018, and survive the 12 years of the big peak (serious disputes) until 2030. Then the next 9 years will be starting all over from one. I hope you outlive that too. And I will be looking forward to the day in 2039 hopefully with many humans to see a good sunny day in Japan. I wish you the very best to help guide all of this."

It was a short day trip but a very deep spiritual time and experience I hadn't had in a while.

I went to visit Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art in Sakura city of Chiba Prefecture. The museum was showing an exhibition titled "The coming of Susanoo - life, anger, and prayer."

Visiting God of Amatsu - part 2

From the parking area where the taxi driver stopped the car, I could feel the divine energy filling the forest.

The torii gateway, the entrance to the shrine can be seen on the left side of the parking lot.

I could  feel the enormous energy coming from the right side of the front entrance to the sacred ground. The vision I saw from the taxi was a body that covers the whole scared ground of this shrine. The divine spirit was tall as a 10 story high building, wearing a kimono just like a kabuki actor. The face was just as in this drawing, wearing make-up of kabuki style kumadori, looking this way glaringly and posing firmly.

I was astonished by the giant spirit and hesitant to get out of the taxi. But the other person who was in the taxi with me looked at me with a strange face not knowing what was going on, and went out of the car from the door on his side.

As much as I was astonished, at the same time, I was in the moment linking with the dream I had as a small child. I wrote about this in my blog in the very early stage, but I had this dream about this same giant spirit. I remember he lifting me up on his palm. Now I know that this spirit actually resides here in the forest of Makata (麻賀多).

Later I will reveal the secret about the forest in front of the parking area.

Anyway, I got off the taxi, and the first thing is to go to the place where you put water onto your hands and cleanse. As I walk through the path of the sacred ground of the Makata Shrine, I continuously felt a strong divine energy from the forest on my right side.

After I visited the main shrine to send my gratitude, I walked towards the left to finally greet the giant cedar tree, a national treasure.

The giant tree was very beautiful and grand. As I was looking at the tree, I realized that the giant spirit that I saw was about the same height as this tree (about 40m).

In this moment, I came to another realization. When you see a large cedar tree like this, you can expect a large size spirit as tall as the tree residing in that forest. It means that there is a correlation between the great spirits and the giant trees. When I think back, there were giant spirits in places such as Tamaki Shrine (玉置神社), Hakusan-chūkyo Shrine (白山中居神社), Yakushima Island (屋久島)

And now finally, we will move on to the main topic,  Amano-hitsuku Shrine (天之日津久神社)

to be continued ..

Visiting God of Amatsu - part 1

One day in February,  I made a day trip to Chiba Prefecture to pay a visit  to God of Amatsu (天津の神 Amatsu-no-kami ) at Amano-hitsuku Shrine (天之日津久神社).

Including the train ride and the airplane ride, it only took few hours from where I live. This is only half the time compared to going to The Grand Shrine of Ise by car from my home. I was able to use my PC to reply to my blog readers' comments during the travel. No one knew I was actually making this trip. (laugh)

The day before this trip, as I entered the room where the kami-dana altar is as my daily practice to change the water of the sakaki leaves, I noticed that the shape of the bundled sakaki leaves had changed.

Like this family crescent called "mitsuba-kashiwa", the bundle of leaves where
separated in three parts. (It is not my families' crescent)

Compared to the right side, it has spread out in twice the size. This could not have been done by human. This has never ever happened. It proves the power of the god that I am about to visit is in full and I was in owe.

This photo was taken on the 28th of February. Many days has passed since the first day the leaves had changed its shape and now it is spreading out more. But you can still see how it was like a
"mitsuba-kashiwa."  Originally it was bundled up tightly like the right side. But on the day before I was paying a visit to the shrine of God Amatsu, the leaves separated beautifully in three parts.

By the way, I have been using this altar for about 30 years now. Recently, it is looking even more brighter than before.  T
o take a picture, I took off the "hiyorogi" which is used for the god spirits to dwell. This is the first time I am showing this on my blog. The below drawing is what the "hiyorogi" looks like.

As I reached the airport, I was greeted by a person who is supporting me in the publishing (this person is not from the publisher). I told this person about what had happened to the sakaki of my altar. Then this person told me the same thing had happened in his altar as well. This proves that we were both invited. It was a very significant sign from the God of Amatsu.

We got on a taxi from a near by train station. We reached the right front side parking space of the shrine. From the front window of the taxi, I could see the fence of the shrine and the forest behind it. In that moment, through my psychic vision, I saw a giant spirit. It was so large like I have never seen before, and it made me a little hesitant to get out of the taxi.

to be continued.

What can we do to pass this month safely ?

March, 2015. Observing the natural phenomenon emphasizing around the time of "half tide" influenced by the moon cycle.

The distance between the moon and the earth will be at the furthest on March 5th. 5 days after this is March 10th (tues), a watch out day. This is based on the "5 days after" theory I explained few years ago.

* Last quarter (3.14)~ new moon(3.20)This one week is the new moon phase and it is a week when your thoughts can be easily reflected into your reality. Therefore, it is better not to have any negative thoughts at this time and instead stay positive and keep a light feeling having hopes.

We should also stay watchful for the days with unstable electron flux in the sky.(
http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/products/goes-electron-flux

The watch out odd number month of "3" is starting.
And one of the very important event in the ancient Judaism tradition
is on March 20th.

2015-3-20 (the beginning of the religious New Year)  total lunar eclipse
2015-4-4 (Passover) total lunar eclipse
2015-9-13 (
the beginning of the religious New Year) solar eclipse
2015-9-28 (Tabernacles)
total lunar eclipse

The Jewish Feast Days that are combined with lunar or solar eclipse must be considered seriously. We should be cautious from one week before these dates.

Looking at the dates by numerology, March 13th (fri) to March 21st are the days to be cautious. Especially March 18th. The possible events that could happen are terrorist acts, disputes, big accidents (ship, railway, airplane).  (There are no grounds to this. It is simply through my vision)

This has nothing to do with any kind of conspiracy. It is simply a week where the condition of the moon influences our deep consciousness mind more than usual. From the ancient times, the moon has a period where it requests human sacrifices. The ancient Jewish people acknowledged this and started to create Feast Days around this time.

Recently, there were several websites that has been introducing the news from NASA about the dwarf planet Ceres, which lies between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter, showing two mysterious bright spots and trying to figure out what it is. Who knows if this is true, but I am feeling that the small planets like the moon that lies near a large planet will be playing an important role. Please know that these small planets are possibly nurturing the nearby large planets. This is a key factor.

In March, pay attention to the movements of the earth and volcanic activity. And big incidents/accidents in relation to this. By being aware and paying attention, we could make it "not to happen".

However, it's always good to:

* Be prepared for safety. Have the awareness for disaster and accidents.
* Send gratitude to your ancestors in your daily life.
* Send gratitude to your Innate God that resides in your right heart.

Through these acts, unexpectedly or fortuitously, you will be protected.

Lets enjoy this month with positive attitudes!

A new beginning - Revelation from God of Amatsu

This is another revelation deriving from God of Amatsu (Ama-no-hitsugu) which started from October, 2014. (Please read article of Dec.25.2014 for more detail)

Today (Feb,3) is setsubun (節分)。It is the new year's day in the old traditional sense. For the World of gods, it is the new year's eve. Tomorrow is risshun (立春), the first day of spring. And it will be the new year's day for the World of gods.

This is one turning point looking from the orbiting path of the sun. But it is a good time to change your old pattern. It's a good time to make a new vow and tell yourself, "I am going quit OOOO from today," or "I am going to start OOOO from today."  The new energy waves coming from the sun will help support your decision.

Many of you must have seen dreams of the people who have passed away. And the interesting point is that you actually recognize that the person is already dead even in the dream. This year, the setsubun is a big turning point for the World of spirits. Today is sort of a blank day in the World of spirits. And from tomorrow, a new world will start with a new karma reflecting to the world.

This morning, God of Amatsu has told me;

"Be cautious for the people who would use the name of a Muslim religious group and create bad deeds in Japan. The true identity of this organization has nothing to do with the religion."

This means that the immigration department must be watchful for all possibilities and not just the Muslim related people. I am sensing that the Muslim related terrorists will not come to Japan. And it can be said the same in other parts of the world. But plans do exist and I am predicting that it will be blocked.

Also "this year, be cautious for The Pied Piper of Hamelin."

This is one of the stories written by the German Grimm brothers. The story is about a man who plays a flute and gathers all the children of the village and disappears with them. I am not sure if this revelation is talking about some kind of epidemic, brainwashing or abduction. But in any case, we must be cautious.

Another revelation is, "The earth will move."

It is another warning about earthquakes. We must always prepare for a big earthquake and make plans and have things ready. This is not only in Japan but throughout the world. In the recent past, the earthquake has been occurring closer to the equator and running up towards the north pole. However, this year, I sense that the earthquake will occur around the equator and will come to the northern hemisphere where people are actually making a living. The cause of this, according to the revelation, is that the deep ocean current will drastically change. And due to that change, the lands will be influenced.

Yet, these are merely what MIGHT happen. And from this setsubun turning point, we CAN say no to this future. When many human beings becomes strongly aware and send gratitude towards mother earth for giving us lives, the future can change. When we acknowledge this now and act upon it, everything will be all right.

"Where is my focal point?" This will determine the direction of your life

Whether it is Shinto, Buddism, ancestor worship.. or any other religions in the world, it is all merely a little window (a method) to bring your focus into a clear vision/idea to where you want to go in life.

shrine or a temple is a place to find out what is really important to yourself through your spirituality. I believe all religion of the world is designed for that purpose and it has been the traditional method for the local area. The original purpose of a religion or a belief system was for the people to find out about the innate "great being (universe)."

However, today, the focal point has changed. Instead of focusing on your most important Innate God (conscience) who resides inside your heart, many people seem to believe that the god outside of self, to worship another being, is the most important thing.

If we continue to do this, even having faith to the god outside of self for 2000 years, nothing will change, It's because our focal point is not on the right focus. It is a wrong focus.

During the ancient times, a Shinto shrine always had a mountain behind as a godly body. It means that we need to put our hands together to celebrate the great nature (mother earth) and to send our gratitude for its existence. We have been doing this as a sacred ritual for thousands of years. And through this daily action of facing mother earth, we start to naturally feel and understand that we ourselves are part of nature.

Understanding that the ultimate way is to see a god inside your own heart is the fastest way to find the best focal point and find your direction in life.

By doing so, you won't have to go through doing wrong deeds such as group (collective) action (behavior), wasting money and time, neglect your family. And you will have more potential to become one (kannagara) with the ultimate divine.

Being in kannagara, one's life will change drastically. Everything will start to flow naturally.

It is possible to be awakened to the truth about the Great Being inside of self through any religion. It can be Shinto, Buddhism, Muslim, Christian.. anything. However, you must understand that the ultimate god in that religion resides inside of self. Without that focal point, the religion is meaningless.
Having said that, you don't really need a religion. As long as you believe or can feel that the god exist inside your heart, the gateway doesn't have to be a religion. It could be an occupation, an academic path, through sports, through raising a child or taking care of the elders. It could be anything. But you will need to be frightfully serious and commit/devote to that path and action as if you see one side of the ultimate god in the work.

This means even through doing a business, you are able reach a certain enlightenment. It's possible to be awakened and become rich at the same time, becoming a successor in a true sense both in this physical world and in the other spiritual world. Through the work that you do, you will honor the Innate God within yourself as well as others. Express the divinity, the godliness through your life, your action and your aspiration. When you live your life in such way, you would look like you are glowing in other's eyes.

The way to reveal god in this world is through your action and how you live your life. You must know that god will appear only through the action of human behavior within an ordinary life. One must not believe that god will descend from heaven appearing like an E.T.. When it really happens to you, it is not a real god. It could be an E.T. in disguise. Even the E.T.s were "born" from something.

Bring out the god from within. It happens only through your actions in your daily life. That is what kannagara is, becoming one with god and live in oneness.

After we die, we will experience the opponent's feelings

Everyday, we are hearing news that are filled with heartaches.
When we hear about these terrible news, we wonder whether the bad guys would ever be captured, or would they receive adequate punishment?
When we see some bad guys in the neighborhood just living carefree looking like nothing to worry about, we wonder if god really exist?

In companies and schools, there are those who bully others and still enjoying life. There are so many unfair and unjust matters happening in this world.

But when I see or hear about these matters, I always remember about the time when I was born in my past lives and the time of death in each of those lives.
Especially in the moment I died, the memories of my whole one lifetime of the followings came back to me in an instant.
* All the feelings I created on others.
* All the feelings the people around me experienced
* All the feelings when I switched body and took over their position.

In these last few seconds when these memories are coming back, my body that is about to die emanates a blue light from the inside. I
even remember the last moment being wrapped around by this blue light. And inside my brian a candle light kind of light becomes big right before it burns off.
For every lifetime, I remember these experiences. It happens in the same way. So in this lifetime, it will be the same. At the very last few seconds, I will experience and understand my opponents feelings.
When you know this, you might be able to feel at ease, because no one can get away from what they did. The bad guys will experience all the horror they did to others. The more bad deeds one has caused, the more he will suffer in the life after death. He will regret so much and will receive punishment by himself. The dimension of that sort still exists. But in that dimension, it's different from this physical dimension. There is no body and only images, thoughts and emotions exists. Therefore, one will experience it ten times more of what one did to others in the previous life.

And without exception, what we all think in the last few seconds before we die are:

* I should have done more to help others.
* I wanted to do more to make others happy.
* I should have been more grateful to my ancestors.
* I should have faced more seriously about the existence of god and send gratitude.

You would regret about these things in these last few seconds.

The reason why I could work so hard without hardly any sleep is because I remember these memories from my past lives.

When I think about those last few seconds before death, I feel like:

* I can do more.
* I want to do more for others.
* I want to help others in the best way I can.

I honestly feel like this. And I know at the end, I will be naked and have nothing with me to take to the life after-death but my thoughts and feelings.

So I want to say, follow your conscience and live joyfully.

The feelings you've created towards others will most definitely come back to you later. The things you did to others will also come back to you in another form.

Live your short life to the fullest.

How to pacify your house and land

How to *kuyō or bless the ground( your house and your land)

From the very early stage of this blog, I have been mentioning about the lowest level spirits such as grass, trees, stones, house… all nature spirits will start to speak out very soon.  Due to the recent high development of cameras and videos, we are now starting to witness these little spirits on the ground and floors.
Until now only people with psychic visions were able to see them, but from now on, it will be seen in everyone'e eyes. These spirits were called the 地霊 ji-rei (ground spirits) from the ancient time. And in Japan, we have a 地鎮祭 ji-chin-sai (a Shinto ground ceremony to pacify the local guardian spirits) when building something new on top of a land.  However, in the recent years, this kind of ideas honoring the local spirits are performed less and less. And there are far too many new religions that only tries to make money, teaching wrong ways of kuyō that is not really working for the spirits. The spirits who live in the lower area than your knee height are very clingy and affect the living human beings.
We sometimes see death spots (the dot patterns that appear on the skin on a corpse). These are actually marks from the clinging spirits on the human being around the ankles. People do get affected from these spirits and change the fate of the family or the individual's life.
If you are feeling some kind of weirdness about your home or the land, I suggest you to do this floor kuyō. Make a *tanzaku, thick washi paper small board and write "The place for the spirits of the house and the land" (or in your own words equivalent to this). Put it on a tray and place it on the floor.
However, it may not have an effect if you have not been doing ancestral kuyō for over a year. I would say, don't do it since ancestral kuyō should come first. You will need the guard from your ancestors in order to have this work properly. If you do sense spirits in your house that are an unpleasant experience, this will work quite quickly.  You don't have to do it if you don't have any weird feelings about your place. If things are normal it is unnecessary.
The reason why it has to be on the floor and not on a higher altar with the ancestral kuyō is because these spirits are the lowest level spirits and they literally cannot come up to any higher places than the ground/floor level. The gravity is pulling them down and they don't have the power to go any higher. In order to pacify the spirits of the ground/land/house, you must make another altar on the floor separately from your ancestral kuyō alter.

When doing ancestral kuyō, the ancestral spirits will come around one by one in the right time to receive the blessing. But with the lower level spirits, they will come swarming and craving for the human's compassion and the scent of the incense. They will continue to throng around until they had enough. And they will eventually be able to move to the next dimension to the right place where they belong depending on their karma.
In Japan, there is a common custom to place a pile of salt at one's door way. But this will only avoid the spirits. And it only works temporary. This will not able the spirits to move to a higher place(dimenson). Therefore, in order for the spirits to leave your place for good, you must give them an altar and incense(the scent is like food for the spirits.)

Details on how to do the floor kuyō for the spirits in your land and/or house.

  1. Make a *tanzaku, thick washi paper (if not washi, best to find material made out of tree bark, natural material paper) small board and write "The place for the spirits of the house and the land" (or in your own words equivalent to this). Put it on a tray and place it on the floor. Better to have a stand for the tanzaku  (see example: http://cgi.shinkyaku.com/B/yokomoji.htm) or something to hold it straight up.
  2. On the tray, you will also have an incense burner. Light up one incense daily.
  3. Put your hands together and say this or something equivalent, " To the spirits who reside on this land and house, I thank you for letting me live in this house and this land. I offer this scent to you." The main purpose here is the scent of the incense. It's like giving food to them. It will nourish their soul. So the words can be very simple.
  4. Once that prayer is done, leave the place.
  5. After one hour, if you need to move the tray you can. Make sure the incense is out completely.
It is best to do it for 7 days and preferably everyday. If you can't do it consecutively, that fine. But do it for 7days. After that you don't need to do it, unless you felt something is unpleasant at your place.

Once again, you don't need to do it if you don't feel there is any problem. If you are not sure whether to do it or not, it means you don't need to do it. If you need to do it, you will know right away with your ancestral spirits guidance.

The right location for the kuyō

  • The location to place the tray(alter) would be usually (North~East) which is called the kimono(鬼門, demon's gate). Place it on that direction where people don't hang around. But if this location feels not right, the next ura-kimon(裏鬼門, the opposite demon's gate) would be (West~South).
  • The hallway or kitchen is another good place. Without thinking about those direction, if you feel this is the right place, then go ahead and place it there. When doing it in a hallway, it's better to keep the door closed if there is a door at one/both end of the hallway while doing the prayer.
  • Avoid the entrance area where people walk with shoes on.
  • Another good location is where you find an area that feels coldness. If there are several places like that in your house, do it in all locations one by one. (It can be done in the same day, but don't do it all at the same time. )
  • If you are living in an apartment building, the floor you live on would be the ground floor for you.
※ The floor kuyō should be at least one meter away from your ancestor's alter.
※ You can move the tray within 7 days but do one place at a time. Best to do one place a day.
※ And before you place the tray, best to clean the floor.

The right time for kuyō

You can do it any time. For ancestral kuyō, we avoid the unstable hours (one hour before and after the sunset. Midnight to 3am). But for the floor spirits the hours are irrelevant.

The tools for kuyō

  1. The tanzaku paper board (place for the spirits to reside). It should be at least 30cm long. Best if it has a gold rim. Use a black ink pen/marker when writing the words. The gold or other colors are hard to see for the spirits.  ※once you are done with the kuyō, you can just put the tanzaku in the trash.
  2. A stand or something to hold the tanzaku. It needs to stand straight. Best to use a wooden stand. You can just use two pieces of small wood and cut the middle so the tanzaku fits in. Make sure the wood was not used for anything else before.
  3. Incense. Use one every time. The longer the stick the better.
  4. A tray. A wooden tray is the best. Color, size, shape is irrelevant. Better to have a plain one without too much drawings or letters painted on it.
※ Other points to consider: Best to sit down when praying but it's okay to be standing depending on the location. The lights can be on or off, it doesn't matter. You can do it for your summer/second house, a shop or any other types of business place as long as you own or renting the place.
※ Don't rush it. Prepare it well and do it only when you find it necessary.

*Kuyō 供養: A memorial service or sending a prayer, blessing to honor the deceased. (ancestral worship)
*Tanzaku 短冊 : A rectangular shape thick washi paper normally used in writing Haiku ( short poem). Common size is 366×62 mm (14 ½ x2 ½ inches).

What will you be inheriting?

This morning at sun rise, once again , I felt the divine energy coming from Ama-no-hitsugu Shrine on my right arm.

It is telling me that the true identity of the god of Ama-no-hitsugu (meaning 'the one who inherits the sun from heaven') is the sun god from the super ancient times who has been nurturing the human beings and all living creatures on Earth. Ama-no-hitsugu is the form that expresses the will of the sun. It also tells me that the time we are living now signifies the summarization and sort of an account settlement of the past 3,000 years, even 30,000 or 300,000 years. We will be entering a huge turning point towards a great evolution.

The creation of the DNA of our physical body started from the fragments of meteorites that flew from other planets together with the five basic elements contained in the soil and rocks on Earth.

Izanagi (the sun) and Izanami (the moon) worked together to create human kind here on Earth. We humans are still the middle of our development, and the mental evolution will start happening from now on.   Will we be the one to inherit the life force of the sun ?  Or, will we be the one to lay inside the coffin ?  It is time. The greatest turning point for us human beings.

We will be tested. Are we able to save ourselves? Will your ego be able to save your conscience (the sun) ?

You do not have to go anywhere nor see any special person. The sun's will who raised us for 300,000 years is wanting to see whether we the children are able to become the savior for ourselves. He(she) also wants to see those who express sincere gratitude to Mother Nature (mountain, rivers, the sun, the moon…)

We must first help ourselves. Humans have created a bad habit to be cruel, hard on self and at the same time keep looking at others and compare.

When you are able to help yourself, only then, you have the potential to help others.

Lets start by sending gratitude to ourselves, the greatest gift from the sun.
